About Project: MSGR renovation project for US Embassy in Peru is located in the district of Santiago de Surco in the city of Lima in Peru.

The property to be refurbished/renovated comprises one basement+1st floor +2nd floor

(It has a total gross size of approx. 24,000 sq.ft The renovation works concerning structural, architectural, and MEP Works.

​

Also to include the relocation/renovation of infrastructure utilities, renovation/resizing of existing swimming pool, construction of new additional parking areas and guard room, basketball terrain and replacement of new fencing system around the perimeter wall, and installation of new irrigation system.
